Overlay Image Layer

OverlayImageLayer pins an image to the ground: OverlayImage over bounds, RotatedOverlayImage over three corners. While the native ground overlays are not wired through the platform yet, the demo shows the target result with a widget overlay that follows the camera.

The demo drapes the European flag over the EU member states — aspect kept, covering the whole union, cut at the borders:
